Slipsheet removal system.

Error

#45827. MDH: Open slipsheet bin cover. There is an obstruction above the slipsheet rollers. Remove obstruction and check slipsheet bin level.

Cause

1. The slipsheet bin is full and paper is jammed above the rollers.
2. The above roller sensor is not working or is misaligned.
3. Incorrect gap between the rollers.
4. The UHMW tape on the SSR bottom wing has peeled off and triggered the sensor.

Solution

1. Empty the SS bin and remove any paper from the rollers.
2. Replace the faulty sensor (36-3210) or realign it.
3. Adjust the roller gap. See Adjusting the slip sheet bin roller gap.
4. Replace the UHMW tape. See DWG 500-00310A for reference.
