Slipsheet removal system.

Error

#45820. There is an obstruction above the slipsheet rollers likely due to a full slipsheet bin. Empty bin and press Resume.

Cause

This error occurs when the system knows the slipsheet bin is full and an obstruction is detected above the slipsheet bin rollers.

Solution

1. Pull out and empty the slipsheet bin (this can be safely done no matter what state the machine is in).
2. Click Resume to check the obstruction sensor above the roller again.
3. If a new job is starting to pick, the slipsheet bin is full, and an obstruction is detected, a Release option is offered.
4. Click Release to cancel the job that was starting to pick. Error # 45827 will be displayed asking you to open the slipsheet bin top /rear panels and remove the obstruction.
5. Close the panels.
6. Click the Media Removed button.
7. There is no need to reinitialize the system from Print Console after clicking the Media Removed button.
