Problem

Drum vacuum operation is not detected by the machine.

Symptoms

 Drum Vacuum System is not responding to commands.

Causes and
Solutions

Branch circuit or drum vacuum disconnect is off

Check if the main disconnect switch is turned on. The disconnect switch points to the 6 o'clock position when on, and to the 3 o'clock position when turned off.

Cables disconnected

  1. Check that the cable connecting the workstation to the ThermoFlex machine is tightly connected.
  2. Check that the cable connecting the Drum Vacuum Drive to the ThermoFlex machine is tightly connected.
