Step 8: Download MPE firmware

• Unplug both cables to the picker head solenoid. Ensure that the picker head is in its retracted position (not reaching for the load table).
• Power on the Trendsetter. Down load MPE firmware version 1.20 or greater onto the trendsetter. Check the release notes for head code compatibility.
• Ensure that SET AL VPI equals 1 if so NVS SAVE AL.
• Move the picker up using the terminal command PICKER UP. Now plug both wires into the Picker Head solenoid and type PICKER OUT. If everything is set properly, the picker should be in its retracted mode (not reaching for the load table)
