Pdoor touches leading edge clamps causing the machine to crash. |

Cause |
On all 5880 Trendsetters, the pdoor comes within 3mm of the drum leading edge clamps (for 5080 machines the clearance is 15mm). If the pdoor is not adjusted correctly, it will come into contact with the clamps. | ||

Solution |
Verify this clearance on all 5880 machines in the field. While verifying this gap, do not push or pull on the pdoor. Instead, actuate the pdoor open/close with the solenoid or through ProComm. If there is not enough clearance, adjust the pdoor. |
