Docking station cylinder won't travel

Machines affected All machines that have a Single Cassette Module installed.
Error Number None
Component Docking station
Problem The air cylinder on the docking station won't move properly.
Causes and Solutions Cause 1:  Travel is out of adjustment.
Solution:  Adjust the collar on the cylinder, moving it towards the end of the rod and away from the cylinder.

Cause 2:  Cylinder has failed mechanically.
Solution (a):  Check the cylinder mounts for binding.
Solution (b):  Check for obstructions inside the docking station.

Cause 3:  Cylinder air supply inadequate
Solution:  See Diagnosing the air supply.
