Procedure

It is recommended that you also create the CS Xpose engine.log file and send both it and the GDAPIExpose.log file to the Response Center or your DU.
  1. In the Prinergy Administrator window, stop the CS Xpose JTP.
  2. On the desktop, click Start>Run.
  3. In the Run dialog box, type regedit.
  4. Click OK.
  5. In the RegEdit window, browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SCITEX\SEXStation\GDAPIExpose
  6. Double-click bAllowLogFile.
  7. In the Edit DWord Value dialog box, in the Value data box, type 1.

Note: Once you have copied the information or resaved the log file, you must change the bAllowLogFile value back to 0.

  1. Click OK.
  2. Start the CS Xpose JTP.
  3. The GDAPIExpose.log file is created.

Copying the GDAPIExpose.log file:

  1. On the Prinergy workstation, browse to /Xpose/version/logs/GDAPIExpose.log.
  2. Open the GDAPIExpose.log in a text editor.
  3. Either, copy the information to the Response Center, or to your DU, or save the file under a different name.
  4. Once you have copied the information or resaved the log file, you must change the bAllowLogFile value back to 0.  To do so, follow steps 2 to 8 above, changing the Value data box value to 0.
