Error

Symptoms

CFL Manager or Service Dongle Manager will not run due to an exception error.

Cause

Microsoft^® .NET Framework is corrupted after installing .NET Framework 2.0.

Solution

1. Create a file with the following content:
   <configuration>
<startup>
<requiredRuntime version="v1.1.4322"/>
</startup>
</configuration>
2. Save the file in the same folder as the software, with the same name as the executable file and .config file extension. For example:
   C:\Creo\FeatureLicensing\Server\CFLManager.exe.config
