Service Dongle Manager

Symptoms

Service Dongle manager will not run due to an exception error.

Cause

Microsoft^® .NET Framework corrupted.

Solution

1. Try to repair the .NET Framework using the information at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;306160
2. If the problem is not solved, use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301 to remove .NET 1.1 Framework before reinstalling it.
