Symptoms

This error message appears when CFL Manager is searching for a dongle.

Cause

CFL Manager is not able to communicate with the Dongle USB driver.

Solution

Use the Installing SafeNet USB Sentinel Driver 7.3.2 procedure to uninstall the old dongle driver (5.4.1) and install the new driver (SafeNet V 7.3.2).
