Error

27014/43014: The debris hose is disconnected, the cabinet has lost power, or the cabinet lid is not latched properly

Symptoms

The UDRC shuts down several seconds after the output device turns on the blower. The green light on top of the UDRC stays on.

Cause

Some blower motors do not tolerate the maximum rated voltage well. If the supply voltage is 240VAC, these motors may fail.

Solution

If the blower motor has failed:

1. Measure the line voltage to the UDRC.
2. Replace the blower motor.
3. Return the defective motor to:
