Service Information A +3.3 volt fault has been detected. The +3.3 volt supply must be within +3.135 to +3.465 volts ( 5% ).

As a result of the fatal fault, the system fault handler will shutdown the exposure head. Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited fatal fault.

Operator Action Call service.

  • A +3.3 volt fault has been detected.

Indicates a fault in the +3.3 V converter.

Suggested action

  
  1. Check the 48V using the command:
    volts
  2. Replace the head.
