Thermal 2 Errorcode: [03510] Failure opening / closing the internal shutter


Service Information	The control of the beam-balance shutter has failed.
	Due to limitations of the Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x interface, the number of error codes that can be returned to the host are limited. Enabling the error translation level for the system subsystem will display a more specific error.
Operator Action	Check the safety loop status. Also check the stroke width and offset, and the blocker width and offset, to ensure that everything is configured properly.
	Call service.
Causes	A safety fault can prevent the beam-balance shutter from opening. The host can prevent the beam-balance shutter from closing. The stroke width and offset, or the blocker width and offset, are not set up properly. A beam-balance is in progress. A hardware failure. Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.

Possible cause		The shutter may be held by the host.

Suggested action		Check, using the command `bbs info`, to see if the shutter is being held by the host.
