Thermal 3 Errorcode: [04415] The beam-pointing controller is unstable


Service Information	While attempting to track the write laser(s), the beam-pointing control loop error has exceeded three microns. During initialization of the beam-pointing control loop, a fatal fault will be generated if the beam-pointing control loop fails to settle within 5 seconds. As a result of the fatal fault, the beam-pointing driver is shutdown and the system fault handler will shutdown the exposure head. Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited fatal fault.
	After the beam-pointing control loop has settled, a warning fault will be generated if the beam-pointing control loop goes unstable for 0.2 seconds. Note this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited warning fault.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	The tracking error is exceeding three microns.
