Service Information	The length of all received datalink packets is verified to ensure that the datalink packet contains sufficient bytes to parse the command parameters. This error indicates that the length of the datalink packet is insufficient to parse the command parameters.
Operator Action	Call Service.
Causes	Communication errors resulting in datalink corruption. Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
