Service Information The monitor command ibs mode (initiate|query|abort) will set the internal beam-balance sensor control mode. The internal beam-balance sensor control mode can be one of the following:
  • Initiate
  • Query
  • Abort

Operator Action Verify the previous monitor command and enter a valid internal beam-balance sensor control mode.

Causes
  • The internal beam-balance sensor control mode is invalid.
