Thermal 3 Errorcode: [05217] The laser power is unstable


Service Information	While attempting to maintain the laser power, the laser power control loop error has exceeded one percent. During initialization of the laser power control loop, a fatal fault will be generated if the laser power control loop fails to settle within 10 seconds. As a result of the fatal fault, the laser diode driver is shutdown and the system fault handler will shutdown the exposure head. Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited fatal fault.
	After the laser power control loop has settled, a warning fault will be generated if the laser power control loop goes unstable for 0.1 seconds. Note this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited warning fault.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	A hardware failure is corrupting the A/D samples.
