Thermal 3 Errorcode: [04200] Network initialization failed


Service Information	During initialization, the network subsystem attempts to read the NVS parameters and to initialize the network interface. This will initialize the entire network subsystem and verify all required resources. If any error occurs, the network subsystem is disabled and this error is returned for all monitor commands.
	Note that immediately after initialization, the actual error that caused the initialization failure ( as well as this error ) will be displayed on the diagnostic port.
Operator Action	Verify the IP address, subnet mask and default gateway of the network interface.
Causes	An invalid IP address, subnet mask or default gateway of the network interface. Hardware failure preventing initialization of the network interface. Problems with the registration of NVS parameters. This would tend to indicate a problem with the registry ( such as a corrupt registry ). Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
