Thermal 3 Errorcode: [02401] The event flag(s) are not present


Service Information	An attempt was made ( by a call to an internal API function ) to retrieve event flag(s) from the event group and the event flag(s) were not present. This error will indicate a firmware development error. The error may be normal, but it should be handled internally.
	Note that the error actually indicates a sempahore timeout. The only API functions in DSP/BIOS that include suspension capabilities are semaphore's.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
