Symptoms |
When you log on to Service Shell in anything other than Administrator mode an expiry notice automatically appears and you are locked out of Service Shell 2.5. | ||

Cause |
Some devices were shipped with Service Shell build 762, where this was a known bug. | ||
|

Solution |
Check the build version of Service Shell loaded on the device, and if the build number is 762, download the Service Shell 2.5 build available from the Downloads page under Current Service Shell Releases. | ||
