Symptoms

Products affected: Prinergy Connect 2.1 ; Prinergy Entro 2.1 ; Prinergy Powerpack 2.1 ; Prinergy Satellite; Pandora 2.0 .

Sometimes when generating a thumbnail preview from Workshop, the thumbnails appear white, blank, or cropped. When launching Pandora and creating a layout, the thumbnails are also blank or cropped.

Cause

We are researching the cause of this problem.

Solution

There are two workarounds for this problem:

A. Turn Thumbnails off in the process plan. Allow Pandora to generate the previews instead.

B. Stop and start Proofing JTP and re-refine the input file.
