Prinergy Primary Rehost Tool

Symptoms

In the rehost tool, when you click Save database and configuration or Save configuration, the rehost tool reports that it is gathering information and then stops responding.

Cause

The rehost tool cannot copy non-standard ICC profiles and mark sets.

Solution

1. Locate the Pgycfg-2.1 folder, and open the RHST_Save.py file in Notepad.
2. Comment out the following lines:

( "non-standard ICC profiles"....
( "non-standard mark sets"....
("",True,
SaveNonStandardConfig,
3. Save the file.
4. Run the rehost tool again.
5. Locate the non-standard configurations and manually save them, using the listnonstandconfig.cmd file.
