Description: |
Moves unload table and rotator actuators, controls unload vacuum and unload stepper motor, and displays sensor and vacuum status. Also includes a calibration command which adjusts the side-to-side position of the plate after it has been rotated. Use with no parameters to display the sensor and vacuum status. Any sensors which are masked off are listed as "disabled". The optional "w" parameter moves the specified actuator and then waits for either the associated sensor to trip or the timeout to expire. If the sensor is NOT masked off and the timeout expires before the sensor trips, a timeout message will be returned (otherwise "Command Complete" is returned). Note that the monitor is locked out for the duration of the command if the "w" parameter is used. |

table table [up|down|dn][w] table [cups up|down|dn][w] table [rot on|off][w] table [vac on|off][w] table [push on|off] table [cal center] (not available from V1.30) table [init|idle|enable|abort|pos [<position>]] table [jog <distance>|move (<position>|home|away|rotate)] table [speed [slow|med|fast]] |
Notes: |
table - Displays sensor and vacuum status. table rot on - Moves the rotator to the rotated position. table rot off - Moves the rotator to the unrotated position. table push on - Moves the plate pusher out towards the cups if the table is up. table push off - Moves the plate pusher back in, away from the cups. table cal center - (not available from V1.30 - use the alpos ssoe parameter). Modifies the NVS parameters which control the side-to-side position of the plate after it has been rotated. After typing this command, you will be prompted for the main-scan dimension of the plate and the distance you would like to shift the center position. A negative shift value moves the plate right (when viewed from the front of the recorder) and a positive value moves plate left. table init - Establishes communication with and initializes the unload table stepper motor controller. You won't see anything move with this command, but rather can use this to reset the TEE-board mounted stepper controller chip in the event of communication errors. This command is performed automatically by the ALE INIT command or when the workstation sends a FLUSH command. table idle - Idles the unload table stepper motor. table enable - Applies current to the unload table stepper motor; i.e. puts it into "hold" mode (opposite from "idle"). table abort - Aborts the current command in progress on the unload table stepper motor and stops the motor. table pos - Displays the current position of the unload table stepper motor. table pos <pos> - Sets the current position of the unload table stepper motor, in millimeters. For example, to set the position to 250 mm, type "table pos 250". table jog <dist> - Jogs the unload table stepper motor a relative distance away from the current position, specified in millimeters. For example, to move the unload table stepper backwards 20 mm from its current position, type "table jog -20". table move <pos> - Moves the unload table stepper motor to an absolute position relative to it's home position, specified in millimeters. For example, to move the unload table stepper 108 mm away from it's home position, type "table move 108". table move home - Sets the motor speed to MEDIUM and moves the unload table stepper motor towards it's home position until the home sensor is activated. Also resets the unload table position to 0 once home is found. If the home sensor is not found within the timeout value specified by the "altim command_timeout" NVS parameter, the stepper motor will stop and an error message will be returned. table move away - Moves the unload table stepper motor at the current speed to the absolute position specified by the "aldrv 2 limit" parameter. table move rotate - Moves the unload table stepper motor at the current speed to the absolute position specified by the "alpos cup_rotate_pos" NVS parameter. table speed - Displays the speed settings currently in use by the stepper motor controller chip. table speed <s> - Sets the current speed setting for the unload table stepper motor. Optional speeds are "slow", "med", and "fast". For example, to set the stepper motor's speed to medium, type "table speed med". The actual values used for these settings are stored in the "aldrv 2" NVS parameters. |
