Error Message:

ALE: remove plate from picker (plate smaller than expected)

Service Information:

Check box loading and spec, as for operator. Check PZ for stalling, binding, stepper driver damage. Check load ramp sensor, cable, (command "ramp" f/w 2.25)

Operator Action:

"Clear" or "plate removed" will cause the plate to drop. Lift bridge and secure, open front door and remove plate from picker,

close machine and select "plate removed" or "clear".

Check plate size in bay that this plate was picked from.

Check that the top of the box is level with the top of the drawer.

Check that the gap between the plates and the inside top edge of the box is within 1/4".

Check that the correct box spec is loaded, (rim of box should be 1 1/2" wide).

Cause:

• At the end of a pick, if the upper load ramp sensor is not covered, then this error is reported. The final position will be affected by queue_max_z see (err +41) and queue_jog_z
