2. New Service Items

2.1   A black cover was added to prevent light leaking from the vacuum pipes hole, between the light and the
        dark area. The catalog no. is 405B04500.
2.2   Conveyor simulator cable 504E39391. This is a new jig in order to simulate a processor and in order to
        check the Dolev 800 conveyor without the processor.

3. Diagnostics

Version 1.2 of the Dolev 800 diagnostics was released with FCO 19182. The effective release date is 4.94.

In this new version you will find some updates and additional features from version 1.1.

All tests information are described in Diag. TST file. Please print the two files and use them as a reference guide.

4.1 Support the Loading System

When the Loading System is removed backwards, support the lower door and return the left Lift-O-Mat, while the system is outside. (Take it out before pushing the system back.)

4.2 Outside Conveyors

Sometimes, when unloading large format film (over 1000mm), the outside conveyor starts to pull the film before it is released from the feeder shaft. In such cases, a short delay is needed. On Dupont conveyors, an upgrade kit is needed in order to adjust this delay. Consult your dealer and check the unloading of mimimum & maximum film.

4.3 Cable Protector

The Dynamic Optic Cable protector (FCO 18766) must be checked only after the left light cover is in place. If not, the cable might catch on the protector itself.
