Background

There are different sizes of particulate filter available, depending on the UDRC configuration. This procedure is applicable for all filter sizes.

Procedure

Replacing the cooling unit filter:

Replace the cooling unit filter every two months. In very dusty environments, replace the filter more often.

1. Remove the platesetter’s lower rear panel.
2. Two fasteners are located on the left and right sides of the filter. Remove the fasteners by sliding them down and pulling them out:
   
   
   
3. Gently remove the cooling filter unit from the platesetter:
   
   
   
   

4. Install the new cooling unit filter. Make sure the arrow on the filter box points toward the platesetter.

5. Reinstall each fastener:
   • Insert the fastener into the slot.
   • Push the fastener up:
