Note: After every installation, open the Output Devices Installation Report Tool and submit the Installation Report. For instructions, see Using the Output Devices Installation Report Tool. Install the Trendsetter Installation Report Tool on the device workstation if necessary.

How to complete the checklist (Word format):

1. Tab between fields in the Word document to check each item off and enter information.
   OR print a hard copy and mark the information by hand, then transfer it later into an electronic copy.
2. Go over the checklist with the customer and get his/her signature on a hard copy.
3. Photocopy the checklist and leave it with the customer. Keep the original for your files.
4. Attach an electronic copy of the checklist to the open call before closing it.

How to complete the site inspection checklist (PDF format):

1. Click in text fields to enter comments and click on check boxes to select them, and then print a hard copy for the customer to sign.
   OR
   Print a hard copy first, and mark the information by hand.
2. Go over the checklist with the customer and get his or her signature on the hard copy.
3. Photocopy the signed checklist and leave the copy with the customer.
4. Send the original signed copy to Sales Order Management at the address shown in the checklist.
