Service Information	A safety loop fault has been detected.
	As a result of the fatal fault, the system fault handler will shutdown the exposure head. Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited fatal fault.
Operator Action	Call service.
Causes	A safety loop fault has been detected.

Possible cause		This error is generated by a safety condition. The voltage (24 V) to the safety line has been interrupted.

Suggested action		Check for safety conditions. Check the 24V safety line to the head.
