Thermal3 Command: ldd hold


Description	If the laser diode control mode is "Calibrate" or "Power", the "Hold" laser diode control mode will freeze the laser power control loop ( and the calibrate power control loop ).
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command ldd hold does not have an equivalent.
	Thermal 2 equivalents:
	The monitor command ldd hold does not have an equivalent.
