While attempting to track the write laser(s), the beam-pointing control loop has found that there is either insufficient signal from the beam-pointing sensors or saturation of the beam-pointing sensors. As a result of this error, a fatal fault will be generated if the beam-pointing control loop fails to settle within 5 seconds. As a result of the fatal fault, the beam-pointing driver is shutdown and the system fault handler will shutdown the exposure head. Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited fatal fault.
|
|
| After the beam-pointing control loop has settled, a warning fault will be generated on a single occurence. Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited warning fault.
