Service Information	The health subsystem has been shutdown and is no longer scanning the metrics.
	Note that the monitor commands rh, volt, temp, current, pressure, adc [(hc\|npe\|act\|pbp\|ibs\|dbp\|wlc\|rfe\|lvdu\|lvdl\|pbp2\|lvdp\|lvdn)] and hlt mask [(on\|off) <index>] will display the metrics using information that is out-of-date.
Operator Action	None, this is an informational message only.
Causes	Due to a fatal fault, the health subsystem has been shutdown. To prevent faults that would result from various monitor commands, the health subsystem has been shutdown.
