The exposure head will monitor a variety of health metrics ( temperatures, voltages, pressures, etc ) and shutdown the exposure head if required. To allow operation of the exposure head to continue, the user can mask any combination of health metrics to prevent the exposure head from being shutdown. This error code is an informational message ( generated at the start of every plot ) reminding the user that health metrics have been masked in the exposure head.
| It is undesireable to mask health metrics. Masking a health metric implies that there is either a hardware failure in the exposure head or the range checking performed by the firmware is invalid. Regardless, the underlying problem should be fixed; not masked.
| Note that the monitor command adc will display the health metrics and the monitor command hlt mask (on|off) <index> will configure the fault mask's.
| Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited warning fault.
Re-enable all health metrics that have been masked in the exposure head.
- System monitoring of at least one health metric has been masked in the exposure head.
