  These kits have a cost that will be billed to your region. We will update the kit with new DVDs or new versions of a DVD whenever available, but we will not send out automatic updates to the kit. If you need to replace any of the DVDs, please download the DVD image, or order the specific DVDs from CDRequests@creo.com.

  For all regions except US&C and EAMER, please order the kits via regular Order Management. If possible, order multiple kits at the same time instead of separate orders.

  For US&C, please contact Oscar Garcia and provide the part number of the kit, your cost center, and the address to be shipped to. If possible, contact your local AIM (Application and Installation Manager) to see if multiple kits can be combined.

  For EAMER, please contact Geert Everaerts, as EAMER has a local stock of these kits.
