Description: |
Plots a built-in test pattern. plot <pattern> Images the entire plate with the built-in test pattern specified by the <pattern> parameter. Use the command "list pattern" to display the available patterns. plot <pattern> <length> Images the number of inches specified by the <length> parameter with the built-in test pattern specified by the <pattern> parameter. Note that the units are in tenths of inches (ie. 10 is 1 inch while 250 is 25 inches). plot <pattern> <length> h Images the number of inches specified by the <length> parameter with the built-in test pattern specified by the <pattern> parameter. The plot is then "held" for the next image. This means that the carriage does not return to home. This choice does not make much sense without also turning off edge detect with "mode edge 0" since otherwise the carriage will go home at the start of the next plot. With edge detect off this can save a lot of time when doing manual series. plot shift [large|normal] puts the machine into a mode where large mscan shifts (totalling up to 54.613" after gc correction) are allowed. The normal mode allows 3.413" total after gc correction is applied. This command was added in Plot module version 1.01. |
