When CS Xpose attempts to process TIFF files generated by Prinergy 2.2.1.7+New RIP (Adobe CPSI 3016 RIP), the error message: Error from job xx.tif. A license is required to image this type of file. Contact your service appears. The reason is that TIFF files generated by Prinergy are not recognized as Creo files. This problem will be solved in Prinergy 2.2.1.9. TIFF files generated by the default RIP are recognized as Creo files.

In CS Xpose, a Job sent from Prinergy fails and the error message “Media is missing” appears after restarting the Render station that is connected to the Lotem 800 Quantum. To solve this problem, make sure that you restart the stations and applications in the correct order. Find this item under Communication on the Troubleshooting page.

CS Xpose version 2.00.064, which supports both Lotem and Dolev connectivity, is now in beta.
