Service Information The laser diode setpoint temperature will default to 25 degrees C but can be temporarily modified by the monitor command ldd setpoint <temperature>. This error indicates that configuration of the laser diode setpoint temperature is not supported.

Note that the WLP must be enabled to determine the WLP firmware version. The WLP is disabled if the control mode of the laser diode driver is "Reset" or "Simulate".

Operator Action Call service.

Causes
  • The WLP is disabled.
  • The WLP firmware does not support the transmission of WLP burst data.
  • The exposure head hardware does not support the transmission of WLP burst data.

This error indicates that configuration of the laser diode setpoint temperature is not supported.

Suggested action

  
  1. Check the write laser status using the command:
    ldd info.
  2. Type the command:
    Th2 > ldd mode off.
  3. Try again.
  4. Check for other errors.
  5. Contact your RC or Product Support Specialist.
