Thermal3 Command: bpd setup [(a|b)]


Description	Setup the beam-pointing controller(s).
	The steps to setup the beam-pointing controller(s) are as follows:
	Start the data logger. Zero the differential sensor and the PSD sensor. Pre-initialize various parameters ( to make the setup reliable regardless of the initial setup ). Calculate the crosstalk on the differential sensor. Characterize the beam-pointing actuator(s). Calibrate the differential sensor using the PSD sensor. Tune the beam-pointing controller(s). Stop the data logger.
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command bpd setup [(a\|b)] does not have an equivalent.
