Service Information	An argument of the diagnostic monitor command is invalid.
Operator Action	Verify the previous diagnostic monitor command and enter a valid diagnostic monitor command.
Causes	The polarity is invalid. The stroke correction amplifier offset is invalid. The pulse amplifier range is invalid. The satellite board is invalid. The continuous flag is invalid.
