FreeHand 8.0 and 9.0
Brisque 3.0.38 and 4.0 |
||
Platform |
Macintosh | ||
Operating system |
IBM AIX 4.2.1 and IBM AIX 4.3.3 |
||
Symptoms |
CT images with identical process values for all the separations are produced from the Brisque RIP. | ||
Cause |
If you save TIFF/JPEG images created in a FreeHand 8.0 and 9.0 page as
DCS2.0 (from the FreeHand 8.0 and 9.0 application), the RIP process in
Brisque will produce a CT image with identical process values for all the
separations. This also occurs if you interfere manually by keeping
only the Cyan separation.
Or: If you create DCS2.0 files in FreeHand 8.0 and 9.0 and place them inside a QuarkXPress page to create a pre-separated PostScript file, the RIP process in Brisque will produce a CT image with identical process values for all the separations. This also occurs with the Harlequin RIP. |
