The Prinergy Geometry Editor Plug-in to Adobe Acrobat versions 5.0 and 6.0 is available from the Downloads page. This plug-in allows you to visually set the trim size for a page.

The Pandora 2.5.3 patch for Pandora 2.5.x on Windows is now available on the Downloads page. The 2.5.3 patch contains fixes for the syntax error that occurs when importing PDFs from Adobe® applications, and for importing PDF 1.5 files when running Pandora interactively in Powerpack. The Pandora 2.5.3 patch contains the same fixes that are in the 2.5.1 and 2.5.2 patches, so you can update any Windows installation of Pandora 2.5.x. The Pandora 2.5.2 patch contains enhancements to the "bring to front/send to back" feature, crop marks, and grouped objects, as well as fixes for several problems with Pandora 2.5 and 2.5.1. Migration Utility 1.1 fixes the bug in which devices that were created with "no zones" in the AppleTalk zones do not migrate. See the Downloads page.

The Pandora 2.5.1 patch fixes two bugs in the Windows version of Pandora: Pandora hangs when opening a Prinergy job that contains a copydot file, and the inability to add an output device to the ShopMap palette if there are no AppleTalk zones. The ShopMap Migration Utility 1.0 (Windows only) allows you to copy ShopMap resources from an earlier installation of Pandora to a new installation of Pandora 2.5. This utility is needed only for full installations of Pandora 2.5; it is not required when using the Pandora 2.5 updater. See the Downloads page to get the utility. The ShopMap Migration Utility is needed because the database format changed in Pandora 2.5 for Windows.

Due to a bug in the Mac Java VM, a number of memory problems were discovered during the Pandora 2.5 engineering beta testing. There is no workaround for the problem, so Pandora 2.5 will not support Mac OS X 10.2 Classic. Support for Mac OS X Native will be added to the next release of Pandora, currently scheduled for October 2003. See troubleshooting item 80709.

This patch fixes the bug that causes Pandora to freeze when splitting bleed overlaps.

The Pandora 2.0 updater and full installer are now available for download on Tech Planet.

Pandora 2.0 CDs are now being produced. Product shipment is expected to begin March 10.

A new build of the Pandora 2.0 beta installer (build 1615 RC8) has been posted to the Downloads page.

A new build of the Pandora 2.0 beta installer (build 1609 RC7) has been posted to the Downloads page.

The Pandora site is now divided between versions 1.x and 2.x. New content has been added to reflect the fact that Pandora is now a Creo product, and new reference materials and troubleshooting items have been added.
