If your file does not open correctly after downloading: breaks in data transmission during file transfers are common when network traffic is high. A break and subsequent restart may cause an error at the restart point, which results in a corrupt transfer. The end result is a file that does not open or run correctly. For example, *.exe files may not run, *.pdfs may not open, and *.zip files may be reported as invalid archives. The simplest solution is to retry downloading the file. If the problem persists, try to download the file when network traffic is lighter.

In Prinergy Evo you can install more than one version of Prinergy Evo on your Prinergy Evo Server computer, enabling you to easily switch your active software version, via the Start menu>Programs>Prinergy Evo> Prinergy Evo Setup command. When you install a new version the Installation wizard does not remove or change any other versions already installed.
Note: You need a Prinergy Evo USB Super key (dongle) and license key to run Prinergy Evo. For more information, see How to download and install an evaluation copy of Prinergy Evo.
