Description: |
Transfers a plate from the unload table to the processor. Returns a "Process Complete" message if successful, otherwise returns an error message. If not punching, moves plate to rotate position, rotates plate (if selected), turns off vacuum and lowers cups, moves traveller back down to home position, raises cups, and pushes plate into processor. The plate is moved most of the distance to the processor at fast speed, then the speed is changed to the slow setting to match the processor infeed speed. If punching ("al pi" set to 1; supported starting at V1.30), moves plate to rotate position, rotates plate, rotates plate again (180 degrees total), moves traveller back down to home position, raises cups, waits for the punch to be ready, then pushes the plate towards the punch, at fast speed then slow. The punch will register on the plate, then punch it. The plate is then pulled out to the rotate position and rotated if selected. The cups move to the end of the plate, the cups are raised, and the plate is pushed through the punch into the processor. The plate is moved most of the distance to the processor at fast speed, then the speed is then changed to the slow setting to match the processor infeed speed. |
