The Lotem 400 FH, Magnus 400 LDA, and Magnus 400 II LDA calibration test procedures have been updated and are available for reference purposes. A short overview, including anti-collision guidelines, is also available.

FCO 512-00450A installs an improved middle support guide and front cover bracket on the plate conveyor to accommodate smaller plate sizes.

FCO 512-00441A for Xpo 3.1.42 corrects the problem where the Xpo software stops responding after platesetter failure and goes into a loop. Find this item on the FCOs page.

Note: It is recommended to install the update even if the problem did not occur.

The image between the plates will not be correctly registered if the plate height is not exactly the size it is supposed to be when using the image-to-edge edge detection system. To avoid this problem, cancel edge detection and perform image exposure according to image-to-punch, as described in “ Installing the center punch on Lotem 400 and Magnus 400 ”. FCO 512-00411A resolves the problem of roller marks that appear on the plates during the unload process. Find this item on the FCOs page. For more information, see Replacing the upper roller assembly with a one-piece upper roller on Magnus 400.

During the unload process, roller marks appear on the plates due to the design of the current upper roller assembly. To prevent roller marks, replace the upper roller assembly with a one-piece upper roller. Find the procedure under FCO procedures on the Procedures page.
