Plate Conveyor for Lotem 400 pdf format

Ablation that accumulates on the optic head lens protector and the ligh detector lens causes a decline in image quality, strains the laser diodes, and can cause diode failure. FCO 28944 - Light detector with lens brush resolves this by adding a lens cleaning brush to the light detector hood.

Air pipes do not connect tightly to the Y connector. FCO 29088 - Y connector for air pipes resolves this by replacing the Y connector to ensure a tight connection.

Over time, plate ablation accumulates and blocks the drum vacuum holes, causing misregistration and hot spots. Ensure that the vacuum holds the plate firmly to the drum, and thus prevent misregistration and hot spots, by performing the Vacuum checking preventive maintenance procedure every six months.
