Lotem^® 800 family platesetters with Omron^® interlocks

Background

This procedure describes how to utilize jigs to check and adjust the following:

• Depth of interlock key belonging to the top-front cover, top-rear cover, left-side door, and unload panel.
• Positioning of interlock belonging to the top-front cover, top-rear cover, left-side door, and unload panel.
  

Requirements

• Lotem 800 doors and interlocks adjustment jigs kit (part number 518-01578A)
• Rear cover jig (part number 690-00721A)
• Digital voltmeter (part number xxx)
• Interlock jig cable (part number 220-01407A)

Procedure

1. If required, remove the unload tray from the platesetter.
2. Shut down the platesetter.
3. Check the top rear cover.
4. Check the top front cover.
5. Check the left side door.
6. Check the unload panel.
