The magnets in the clamps are affixed to steel plates with either the north or south poles of both magnets facing outward. Each clamp has a label that indicates which way the magnets are facing.
Slides back and forth inside the TEC backbone to lock the clamps to the backbone. The clamps are locked to the backbone when the locking pins (mushrooms) on the locking bar are inserted in the narrow part of the clamp keyholes. The clamps are unlocked when the locking pins are in the wide opening of the keyholes.
Mounted at either end of the engine frame
Provide slotted mounts to support the roller, leading edge, and
trailing edge backbones
Detect the extend and retract position of the backbone. The setup is the same as for all backbones.
For each backbone, 1 magnet at each end of the backbone, and 2
sensors on the clamp plate assembly.
Each magnet is attached to the backbone and the sensors are attached
to the clamp plate assemblies.
Adjust timing with flow control valves.
Adjust down pressure with regulators.
Adjusting the 3244 TEC backbone actuator speed
Adjusting the 3244 TEC backbone cylinder rod ends
Checking the pressure regulators on the 3244/3230 engine
Reed switch sensor adjustment procedure
Adjusting the TEC backbone actuator speed (TS4,TS8)
Adjusting the 3230(TS4),3244(TS8)TEC backbone cylinder rod ends
Adjusting the 3230(TS4),3244(TS8)TEC park position (ppos)
Balancing the Trendsetter 3230(TS4),3244(TS8) backbones
