When you attempt to image these TIFF file types, the following error message appears: “Error from job xx.tif. A license is required to image this type of file. Contact your service”. This problem will be solved with the release of Prinergy 2.1.0.19.

The Creating CS Xpose log files procedure is posted on the Procedures page and the Troubleshooting page. This procedure describes how to generate a log file (LongArcive.cab), which you can send to your CSC or Creo Response Center for troubleshooting problems with CS Expose.

The Patch_Clip_Res2400 patch for CS Xpose 2.00.051 and its accompanying Readme file are posted on the Downloads page. This patch prevents clipping when you expose a translated job using any resolution other than 2540 dpi (100dpm).
