| Service Information | The monitor commands ldd cal (dual|a|b) <setpoint>, ldd on (dual|a|b) <setpoint>, ldd on man (dual|a|b) <setpoint>, ldd current (dual|a|b) <setpoint> and ldd man (dual|a|b) <setpoint> will set the laser diode control mode. This error indicates that the setpoint will cause the laser current to exceed 120% of the nominal current. | |
| The laser power control loop will maintain the laser power by adjusting the laser current. If the laser current exceeds 120% of the nominal current, a fatal fault will be generated from a single occurence. As a result of the fatal fault, the laser diode driver is shutdown and the system fault handler will shutdown the exposure head. Note that this error code is also returned to the host as an unsolicited fatal fault. | ||
