Total number of strips, or steps, to image when performing a test plot series such as a focus, or delay series. The length of each strip is set with the hdp fmsw parameter.

For Thermal, fmsl is used with focus, bmslope, bmcurve, wpower, drum speed, and surface depth series.

For Green, fmsl is used with focus, delay and magnification series.

Notes:

This parameter is ignored when the series plot width is specified in the plot series command, in which case the number of strips is calculated to fit in the specified width.
