Upgrading the Bag Sensor (non-GT Units)

Wherever possible, avoid performing this upgrade by de-installing MPE firmware V2.00 and reverting to V1.18. The next firmware release will fix the problem. Only do the upgrade where it is necessary to have MPE fimrware V2.00 for other reasons.

Upgrading to the GT SSR Unit

• On failure of the SSR unit at sites with high plate throughput, install the GT SSR unit - upgrade kit 510-00017A (L-R) BOM or 510-00018A (R-L) DWG.
  On failure of the SSR unit at sites with low plate throughput, just replace the roller assembly (57-7720C - SS bin pinch roller assembly drawing 57-7720C ) in the existing slip sheet bin.
  Machines from BA105 are shipped with the GT compactor unit.
